When you get in touch

The contact form sends your name, email, optional phone number, session preferences, and message to Tina’s private studio. Website inquiries are automatically removed from the live inbox after 90 days. You can also contact Tina directly by email or Instagram; those services have their own privacy practices.

Your photographs

Client galleries require a private link and password. Original downloads also require a separate PIN. Anyone you share those codes with can use them, so please share them carefully. Favorites and notes you submit are visible to Tina.

Galleries normally open for 30 days. Photos move to archive storage 30 days after upload and are scheduled for permanent deletion 395 days after upload. Download your own copies before your gallery closes. Temporary download ZIPs are scheduled for deletion after one day.

How the website works

The website and gallery use Amazon Web Services in the United States, with global delivery through CloudFront. The browser keeps sign-in information and favorite drafts for the current tab. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and may receive your IP address when they load. The website does not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics.

Limited technical information is used to operate the service and prevent abuse. Application logs are retained for 14 days. Encrypted database recovery copies can retain deleted metadata for up to seven additional days.
